Our Policies

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES

  • Check-in time is 2 PM - 6 PM. Please contact us to make arrangements for arrivals after 6 PM. 
  • Check-out time for guests is 11 am and 1 pm for their vehicles.
  •  Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
  • Parking is included with your reservation (no full-size trucks please).

DEPOSITS - PAYMENTS - CANCELLATIONS

  • Minimum stay requirements may apply in season, during certain holiday weekends, and during special event periods. If you desire a stay less than our minimum stay requirements please check with us directly to see if it is possible to accommodate your request.
  • Advance reservations require a 50% deposit.
  • Single-night reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • The final payment is due upon Check-in, BUT may be taken up to SEVEN (7) days before arrival date in season or holiday weekends and or up to 72 hours before arrival for all other dates.
  • Reservations canceled within 21 days of your arrival date will result in a forfeiture of your total deposit.
  • Reservations canceled more than 21 days of your arrival date will be refunded, less a 15% credit card processing fee.
  • Reservations made through a third party (Expedia, Booking.com, TripAdvisor) must be canceled through them.
    We are unable to make ANY changes to third-party reservations.
  • There are no refunds or deposits for no-shows, early departures, or cancellations within 48 hours.
    Payment in full, for the entire stay, will be taken.
  • Special Events, weddings, and reservations of the entire house will be charged a 50% deposit and are subject to a 90-day cancellation policy.
  • The balance of your reservation is due upon arrival but may be taken at any time day of your check-in.
  • All deposits and payments are due in U.S. Funds only.
  • We do not accept personal checks for payment.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy, additional guests will be charged a fee of $75 per night (eligible rooms only).
  • Room rates do not include taxes.
  • Holidays and special events may be subject to higher rates and/or higher minimum night stays.
  • We do not allow pets with the exception, by law, of licensed service dogs.
    By staying at The Bradford, the dog owner acknowledges that it is fully responsible for any and all damage caused by an animal, and releases The Bradford and the property owner from any responsibility or liability of any claim made in connection with a pet on-premise.

SMOKING

  • We are a Smoke-Free Guest House. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside The Bradford.
  • Candles and incense burning are not allowed in guest rooms.
  • A minimum of $250 for clean-up and/or repair will be charged for damage resulting from smoke/fire damages.
    The final charge will include any costs plus any lost income.

SECURITY

  • Guests are solely responsible for any and all personal belongings at all times during their stay.
  • We assume no responsibility for theft or damage to your personal property or vehicle.

ROOM DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS

  • Guests are solely responsible for the full cost to replace or repair any and all damage caused to their room, including soiled linens, broken furniture, fixtures, and equipment - including labor fees and missing items.
  • Guests will be notified of any damaged or missing items, and the card on file will be billed for the total.
